Coronavirus (Covid–19) Update- We have taken several steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers. 1) We are taking extra precautions to clean and sanitize our shop on a more frequent basis. 2) We have instructed all Yorba Linda Auto Service employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, and staying home when sick. 3) We have sanitizing agents available for you to use when you visit, and hand washing facilities available. 4) We also offer a touchless drop off and pick up service for our customers peace of mind. When Your Kids Are Away In College, How Should You Choose a Repair Facility?

When your kids are away in college and their car needs service or has a breakdown, what should you do? As parents of college-age kids, we can tell you it’s no fun being in that situation -- for the college kid, nor for the parent. But there are a few things you can do to choose the right auto mechanic and not get taken advantage of when your child is miles away from home. Prepare ahead of time. If you and your college students put a lot of thought into what college they would attend, you probably had a chance to tour the campus, look for an apartment, scope out the grocery stores, and the nearest hospital. While you’re in town, scoping out the local layout, why not ask the university faculty and locals where they take their vehicles for service? Or, do a quick Google Maps search to find out which auto repair shops are located nearby. Bonus points if you can find an auto repair shop that specializes in servicing your brand of vehicle. Get to Know the Yorba Linda Auto Service Team

Do you think you know about the Yorba Linda Auto Service team? You might have met one or two of us, but not the entire team. Here, then, are some “fun facts” about the team that you might not have known! Tim Guy Tim has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Along with being a Service Advisor, Tim also does our marketing and community outreach. Tim is continually working on his service writing skills by taking service writing classes in his spare time. On the weekends Tim enjoys hiking the Azusa Mountains, riding his motorcycle, and golfing. He also likes to go to the desert for target shooting and off-roading in his jeep. Logan H.
