Making the Most of Your Service — What to Tell Your Mechanic

If you are unsure of what to tell your technician, here are a few pointers.

Be sure to provide information to your technician on what you are experiencing. If your brakes are feeling squishy when you slow down to a stop, make sure to tell us. We want to know, so we can pay close attention to that potential problem area. No detail is too small, and trust your intuition. If something seems amiss, there is no harm in telling our team.

Let us know if you want a specific service performed. Most of the time, we will perform a thorough inspection to identify any issues that may come up now or in the future. If you know your vehicle just needs an oil change, let us directly know.
