Auto Repair In Placentia

Turned off my vehicle, trying turning it on and found my battery was dead. It's approximately 11:35 am. Call YL Auto, I speak with Travis and he calls Dan to ask if he can assist me. Dan drives out to my location, jumps my vehicle. I follow Dan to his business location. It's now +-12:10 pm, staffs lunch time. They test my vehicles equipment, find out it is a bad battery and install a new battery. I'm back on the road by +-12:45. Pretty good service, right! I, my wife and daughter have been having YL Auto service our vehicles since my daughter got her first car at 18, she' now 39. We've never tried someone else - why? With the service I received, I'm very satisfied. Try them, I believe you'll be just as content with the service as we are.

Tim and Travis explained everything that was needed to be done and answer all my concerns about the the process of getting my car fixed in a timely manner.

The 2 gentlemen I met, Tim ad Travis were very nice and professional. Unfortunately they couldn’t help me because the repair was more than the value of the truck, so I decide not to go forward with the job. But they were so nice that I will try them again if I need repairs on other cars.

Had check engine light on P0446 code. I replaced two valves to cure the problem. Both times the light came back on. Took it to Yorba Linda Auto Service. They called two hours later and found the exact problem. The quote was $150.00 less than any place else. So I said go ahead. Picked up my car the next day. Drove it 50 miles and no light. Took it for smog and passed. Should have taken it to Travis in the first place and would of saved $200.00 dollars more. These guys actually car about there customers. It is amazing. Thanks to a great team

As a new member of AAA - Automobile Club of Southern Clifornia - I took advantage of their recommended "Complimentary 40-point AAA Vehicle Maintenance Inspection." Yorba Linda Auto Service come up as an AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility closest to me when I did a search. I was able to schedule an appointment online and received a text message immediately from Travis confirming the appointment. After the inspection, Travis provided me with a printout of recommendations and assured me that nothing was of an urgent matter. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to alarm me with urgent service issues.
