Coronavirus (Covid–19) Update- We have taken several steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers. 1) We are taking extra precautions to clean and sanitize our shop on a more frequent basis. 2) We have instructed all Yorba Linda Auto Service employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, and staying home when sick. 3) We have sanitizing agents available for you to use when you visit, and hand washing facilities available. 4) We also offer a touchless drop off and pick up service for our customers peace of mind. We will continue to do our best to follow precautionary steps to help keep everyone healthy. We are ready to serve you during this trying time.

I needed a new alternator after my battery was replaced; using his good judgment, Tim of YLAS searched for an appropriate part which could not be delivered until the next day. I was able to leave my Honda CR-V with YLAS overnight so as not to drain the new battery. The next day, after completion of the installation, Tim picked me up so I could retrieve my vehicle. When settling the invoice, I got into a conversation with Travis about the longevity of an alternator, especially of the original one that wasn't that old, as I had purchased it from CarMax two years prior. Travis specifically picked up on that discussion topic and asked if I had the CarMax Extended Warranty, which I did. He researched it and later notified me that the entire replacement cost was covered and my net balance was $0.00! I was amazed with his follow-through and blessed--as I had just moved and was already incurring expenses, so this was definitely a wonderful "gift" for which I am grateful to Dan, Tim, Travis and the entire YLAS Team!

Travis got me in and out quickly. All I needed was a smog check and the tech even refilled my coolant overflow tank since he noticed it was slightly low. Thanks again Guys!!!
