They are a great, honest and dependable business. I have been taking my vehicles there for a few years and never had 1 hassle. They are also pretty accurate on when they will be done when I schedule an appointment to bring my car in.

I called and spoke with Travis concerning the prices for the required maintenance of my 2010 Honda with only 28,000 miles on it. I was told that to drain and replace transmission fluid would be $71, to drain and replace nonsynthetic engine oil and filter and rotate tires is called a minor service and would be $49.95 with the coupon I had. To replace the engine filter would also be $31 and to replace the cabin air-dust and pollen - filter would be $85. They would also top off any fluids and check my brakes for where as well. The total price would be $236.95 plus $9.45 tax on the parts and $3.54 for environmental fees. This included a free ride home and ride back when the car was done. Travis was very polite and very accurate on the pricing which included two checks with someone else to be sure of the price. My appointment begin at 2 PM but I arrived one hour early because of a prior appointment elsewhere - this was just fine to them and Travis drove me home with a two hour quote for the time before he would pick me up again. And so he did! Price was exactly as quoted with a couple of caveats: my drive belt needed replacing soon, my tires have some degree of dry rot. I told him I would bring the car back once I obtained the belt myself. They said they don't usually use other peoples items in their car maintenance but the one that I said I was purchasing was Quality and he approved it this once. I am calling them today to put in the drive belt. Well, I put the new belt on my car and it took less than 30 minutes! (And it cost less than anywhere else!) Earlier this week I brought my sons Honda element in or it's over 100,000 mile maintenance and got the same Yorba Linda auto service low-cost excellent care! Makes me almost wish I had another car to do!

As back luck had it my car completely died on the 91 yesterday morning. After an hour wait for a tow truck my Endeavor was delivered to Yorba Linda Auto. Later in the day they advised further diagnostics was necessary and with the service to repair the car and do other service I requested I was quoted over $600, it was not unexpected since my car had set idol for a long time since i neglected my car and rode my motorcycle to work. Well the next day I went to pick up my car and to my pleasant surprise my bill was $325! The problem was related to the same problem I had last year and the parts and labor were covered by their warranty. This is how all car repair facilities need to be modeled after. I appreciated the honest on Dan the owner, and his sons Travis and Tim - thank you for making my day!

I would like to recognize Dan for being extremely helpful and professional when my family had mechanical issues with our GMC Yukon XL during a recent family vacation. We live in NorCal and were driving to San Diego when we noticed periodic issues with our exhaust system. The check engine light came on while driving to the Nixon Presidential Library so we called AAA who recommended Dan after reviewing our issues. Dan could not have been more professional or accommodating. It was nearly closing time when we arrived, but Dan took us in right away. We all know of scenarios like these where the diagnosis could lead to being vastly overcharged, but this was not the case with Dan. I had a sense of trust from the very beginning. Dan researched issues based on my feedback. Fortunately, the short term need was only 4 quarts of oil with a stamp of confidence from Dan that we would be able to drive to San Diego and back home. Although the long term end may require more time to repair based on the research Dan provided when we would get home, Dan's only charge was $20 for 4 quarts of oil. Dan didn't even charge for service. This experience took less than two hours from our vacation and gave us the comfort of not worrying about our car while driving and for that we owe Dan a huge THANK YOU!! Highly recommend!

I've been going to Yorba Linda Auto Service for a few years and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. After the warranty ran out on my Camry, the dealership started charging me up the yin-yang for regular maintenance. I found YLAS online and the reviews were really good plus it was near my home, so I took a chance. I'm glad I did. I'd recommend them to anyone and trust them wholeheartedly.

These guys are great. I took in my 2000 Lincoln Ls to get my tie rod ends fixed/replaced. They had amazing customer service. They took me home after i dropped off my car there. They picked me up from my house when it was ready. The price of the job was very fair for the work that needed to be done. If there were any concerns about the car or what i wanted done they called me and fully informed me of the situation. Additionally I had number of other issues with the car that I was not even aware of, but they found and detailed for me in a very thorough report, including work to be done, prices for parts/labor, and most anything else I might need. They offered professional advice but did not try to pressure me into any unnecessary purchases or repairs. They treated me like a person instead of just a client, and it was my first time there, but if anything else comes up, I will certainly be returning.

We have been taking our Honda Odyssey vans here for most of this century and have been very pleased with the service and the folks who do the work and run the shop. It is difficult to imagine the people giving the intensely negative reviews of YLAS are doing business at the same place we are. We are happy and think you will be as well.

I came in needing a new tire and the employees at Yorba Linda Auto Insurance were nothing but helpful! Not only did they offer me a great price on a new tire (I shopped around), they offered to drive me home since I needed to leave my car over night AND offered to drop my car back off at my house once it was done. Now that's service! The shop is family owned and run and is definitely noticed as everyone there clearly takes pride in what they do and has the customers needs in mind at all times. Currently, there is a lot of construction near the shop as the city is building an overpass nearby, but the shop has put up signs around the area to help customers navigate the chaos. Despite the construction, the shop was easy to find. I was definitely impressed over all and will definitely be recommending this shop to friends and family.
