The Yorba Linda Auto Service is very helpful. A few months ago, my car broke down in the middle of the night. I was able to tow my car to this shop. The next morning, the employees checked my car and gave me a summary of what was wrong with my car. I encourage people to come to this shop if they want to check their cars.

We've been going to Yorba Linda Auto since they were across the street, at least six different vehicles (we keep cars a LONG time). I find them easy to work with in terms of scheduling, rides home, offering options, etc. They're pretty clear about what they DO and what they "don't do". (No bodywork, for example.) The whole thing is the people. As long as Dan is running the place, I have total confidence.

Exceptional service and everyone is more than helpful and friendly. I brought my 07 tundra for what i thought were new front brakes, come to find out i actually needed rear brakes. They informed me i should get alignment, which i already knew i needed it. They informed me of other stuff i needed, but they didnt push or pressured me which was nice. Tim and Travis were great and communicated with me throughout the process, they even gave me a ride home and picked me up. Truly a great experience and a great neighborhood mechanic i can rely on. They also give AAA discounts which helps on the price.

A small issue but really important. I had a Fast Pass transponder screwed to my front license plate that I needed to transfer to another car. The mounting screws were really weird (to keep it from being stolen?) and I couldn't get them out. I drove in with no appointment and in a few minutes they found that I needed a torsion (sp) wrench, removed the screws, and replaced the license plate with regular screws. Best of all, they were so nice, and I will keep them in mind for future services!

So impressed with their customer service! They even mailed us a thank you card the week after we got our car back. My husband called around to multiple auto shops for general pricing of a water pump I needed replacing. Based off their fair estimate and great phone care we went with them and were not disappointed. My husband felt they were fair in pricing, quick work, great service and no pressure to have other services done. Seemed like they are running a very fair and honest company-we will be back.

I've been coming to YLAS since I was 16. They've taken care of me through 3 cars and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Wow what can I say. I was at the shop for a couple of hours and the owner Dan was nice enough to invite me in for a chat where he took the time to get to know me. That was really cool. I have not been to an auto repair shop where they were interested in me more than recommending a bunch of work. In fact they recommended nothing for my car. I do drive a relatively new Expedition. Anyways Dan has a nice family business where his two sons are his left and right hands. Very professional. you can tell he cares about his business.

What a super bunch of give you the shirt off their back guys. I met the service advisor on a fishing trip a while back and I was in their shop today. I have got to say that it's extremely clean and nice. Their equipment a state of the art and they really know what they're doing thanks
