As a new member of AAA - Automobile Club of Southern Clifornia - I took advantage of their recommended "Complimentary 40-point AAA Vehicle Maintenance Inspection." Yorba Linda Auto Service come up as an AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility closest to me when I did a search. I was able to schedule an appointment online and received a text message immediately from Travis confirming the appointment. After the inspection, Travis provided me with a printout of recommendations and assured me that nothing was of an urgent matter. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to alarm me with urgent service issues.

These guys are awesome. I always go here for my vehicles maintenance and they always recommend when things should be taken care of. I recently came in to have them check out a noise coming from my engine. They offered some feedback on what it could be. I took it to the dealership because it’s still under warranty but I always like Yorba Linda Auto to check things out first. Since they didn’t do a full diagnostics check they didn’t charge me. Bottom line, this place is a honest business that cares more about their clients then making a quick buck and that’s why I keep coming back.

I was looking for a local auto service, which would do a complete service on my 1994 Volvo and 2001 Mercedes cars. I also needed the cars to be STAR SMOG Test ready. Travis answered my e-mail inquiries in a very efficient, timely manner, which I appreciate since I was overseas at the time. Face-to-face, they interact with a professional, friendly and forthcoming attitude, explaining everything they will do. The service has a complimentary shuttle, which was marvelous. Overall, the personnel at this auto service delivered an outstanding service for both cars. The Volvo's air-conditioning system is running great and it passed immediately at the STAR SMOG station. The Mercedes needed extra attention. They did everything required, diagnosed and replaced a faulty crankshaft position sensor and then over and above my expectations they even took the Mercedes to a STAR SMOG station for final certification. Now that is excellent service, indeed! I would highly recommend this Yorba Linda Auto Service and would give them Five Stars Plus!!

An absolutely amazing experience. This may be a lot to say for a review of car service but Travis has never been anything but great with me. This time in, the work was too expensive. Even though I completely trust and know that Travis was giving me the best price he could possibly get. We decided it was time for a new car purchase. Yet he still went over the top to make sure I was accommodated with a rental car. This is why when my new car needs service or if my friends or family need auto service I will recommend that they only go to Yorba Linda Auto.
