Auto Repair In Placentia

Back in December I said I would come back to YLAS if I needed to . . . So I did, and I was equally impressed the second time around. On this occasion, I needed brake jobs on my F-150 and my wife's Yukon. They did everything they said they would, they did it quickly, and they did it right the first time. So if I ever needed to go back to YLAS again . . . I will. Thanks guys!

A friend of mine who has been coming here for a long time and recommended it to me. They are very nice and professional. They were able to fix my car in a day and it has run great ever since. They were a bit pricey, but if you want quality, you have to pay for it. If you live close, check these guys out.

As usual, they did a great job in just one day, and helped me make wise decisions about what I can afford and what needs to be done to be safe.

Thank you to YLA and the entire staff for their genuine knowledge of vehicles. Took my GS450H in for plugs and oil change Saturday. Spoke to Travis Thursday afternoon, who immediately remembered me from 1 (YES, only 1!) appointment in 2013. I explained I wouldn't have a car and needed a small space to use my laptop. When I arrived Miles greeted me with a friendly attitude and immediately gave me access to a wonderful work space and WIFi. Thought I'd be there 3-4 hours and to my amazement, I was back on the road in 2 hours. My car runs like a champ, in fact so quiet most of my passengers think I shut the engime off! Going back in a few weeks to get the brakes done knowing I can count on this shop to do the job right the first time. Oh....and I saved about $125 from what the local dealerships wanted to charge. Honest, fair, expedient, professional and friendly. What more can you ask for in an auto repair shop??? MK

Auto Club approved repair facility, so quality & integrity are utmost priority for these guys, and they passed my test with flying colors. Co-workers referred me to them so I decided to leave my car then simply told them what is needed and left it at that, I didn't even ask for an estimate or a time frame etc. Because I wanted to see how these guys handle their customers and what the process entails. Within half hour I received a call to provide detailed description for the repair & estimate. 2 hours later received another call that the repair is done. I wasn't looking for any discount and didn't mention the Auto Club membership but as soon as they saw the AAA card, I was given a 10% discount. Takes a lot to be an Auto Club approved repair facility, these guys definitely proved that they have their act together.

We were considering a used car purchase, so I needed to get a used car inspection, so I found them online near the storage facility where the car was. Read their great reviews and decided this was the place to go. I was able to conduct our business over the phone, very convenient since we do not live in the area. Luckily I met MILES over the phone he informed us when the car arrived and called promptly when the inspection was complete. Not only did they do a thorough inpsection front to rear, inside and out, top to bottom,but I learned a few things along the way,about factory warranty service and how to dress my tires. I cannot Thank You enough Miles and Yorba Linda Auto Service , you put my mind at ease on a 15,000 purchase and now I can rest easy. We are coming in for the oil change soon.. I highly recommend this business, their knowledge attitude and honesty are above reproach. Thank you Michelle Perry..(you literally saved my husbands life :-)) Inside joke.

Got service done there and they were fast, funny and nice. I will be going there for now on for my car.

These people actually printed a page out for me and explained step by step what the priorities were and asked me if i wanted to change a part or anything instead of automatically doing it themselves and charging me at the end. I wasn't sure about some topics of my car and they cleared it up for me in a very informative way!

This place is the best! Everyone is is very knowledgeable & friendly. I can always get my car in quickly. You can even book an appointment on-line! This place does great work and I never feel pressured or rushed. I highly recommend YL Auto Service.

I am a college student finishing up my bachelors degree and paying for it myself, so when my car starts to have problems I can't help but panic a little. One day, on my way to school, actually during finals week, my car starts to lose power a little while I am on the freeway. I was close to school so I decided to try to make it all the way there. Luckily I made it, but I had no idea what was wrong. After my class, I brought my car to my boyfriend's house, because he lives much closer to my school than I, and started to call around places who could get my car in ASAP. I work early in the morning and get out of class and work pretty late, so a lot of place were checked off my list because by the time I could get my car to the mechanic, they would be closed. Luckily I found Yorba Linda Auto Services, they go above and beyond to accomodate to any need you may have. They let me drop off my car at night, and they would work on my car first thing in the morning. When you drop off your car, you drop your keys inside and they are locked safely in their shop. The entire time they had my car they let me know everything that they were going to do before they did it, and made sure I was okay with the charges. They had to do a couple things to see what was wrong with my car but they talked me through it all and did the cheapest things first to try to narrow it down. Overall, they were wonderful to work with. I am not a fan of most mechanics but they make mechanics look good. Another bonus that I remember them telling me about, if you do not have a ride when your car is all finished they will make sure you can get to your car or get your car to you. I had another vehicle to drive but that is a wonderful help for those who do not. Absolutely recommend this business.
