A small issue but really important. I had a Fast Pass transponder screwed to my front license plate that I needed to transfer to another car. The mounting screws were really weird (to keep it from being stolen?) and I couldn't get them out. I drove in with no appointment and in a few minutes they found that I needed a torsion (sp) wrench, removed the screws, and replaced the license plate with regular screws. Best of all, they were so nice, and I will keep them in mind for future services!

So impressed with their customer service! They even mailed us a thank you card the week after we got our car back. My husband called around to multiple auto shops for general pricing of a water pump I needed replacing. Based off their fair estimate and great phone care we went with them and were not disappointed. My husband felt they were fair in pricing, quick work, great service and no pressure to have other services done. Seemed like they are running a very fair and honest company-we will be back.

I've been coming to YLAS since I was 16. They've taken care of me through 3 cars and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Wow what can I say. I was at the shop for a couple of hours and the owner Dan was nice enough to invite me in for a chat where he took the time to get to know me. That was really cool. I have not been to an auto repair shop where they were interested in me more than recommending a bunch of work. In fact they recommended nothing for my car. I do drive a relatively new Expedition. Anyways Dan has a nice family business where his two sons are his left and right hands. Very professional. you can tell he cares about his business.

What a super bunch of give you the shirt off their back guys. I met the service advisor on a fishing trip a while back and I was in their shop today. I have got to say that it's extremely clean and nice. Their equipment a state of the art and they really know what they're doing thanks

This business has a real small time feel. Staff is friendly and professional, prices are reasonable.

Ive been going here for years. Competent and honest full service facility. Friendly staff and fast service with reasonable prices. I recommend them highly. Plugged a tire for me for free last time. Travis at the front desk will greet you with a smile and after your work is done you will leave with a smile yourself.

They are a great, honest and dependable business. I have been taking my vehicles there for a few years and never had 1 hassle. They are also pretty accurate on when they will be done when I schedule an appointment to bring my car in.

I called and spoke with Travis concerning the prices for the required maintenance of my 2010 Honda with only 28,000 miles on it. I was told that to drain and replace transmission fluid would be $71, to drain and replace nonsynthetic engine oil and filter and rotate tires is called a minor service and would be $49.95 with the coupon I had. To replace the engine filter would also be $31 and to replace the cabin air-dust and pollen - filter would be $85. They would also top off any fluids and check my brakes for where as well. The total price would be $236.95 plus $9.45 tax on the parts and $3.54 for environmental fees. This included a free ride home and ride back when the car was done. Travis was very polite and very accurate on the pricing which included two checks with someone else to be sure of the price. My appointment begin at 2 PM but I arrived one hour early because of a prior appointment elsewhere - this was just fine to them and Travis drove me home with a two hour quote for the time before he would pick me up again. And so he did! Price was exactly as quoted with a couple of caveats: my drive belt needed replacing soon, my tires have some degree of dry rot. I told him I would bring the car back once I obtained the belt myself. They said they don't usually use other peoples items in their car maintenance but the one that I said I was purchasing was Quality and he approved it this once. I am calling them today to put in the drive belt. Well, I put the new belt on my car and it took less than 30 minutes! (And it cost less than anywhere else!) Earlier this week I brought my sons Honda element in or it's over 100,000 mile maintenance and got the same Yorba Linda auto service low-cost excellent care! Makes me almost wish I had another car to do!

Beware ... Found this facility on the Internet, read the Yelp reviews and felt given it was a AAA recommended auto repair shop it would be safe. Not so much. Pricing is above dealerships. Took vehicle in due to "Check Engine Light and rough idle." Was told there was a broken spark plug & they recommended replacing all plugs and wires. $400+ later, broken plug not noted on paperwork however, did indicate poor oil viscosity and no evidence of oil on dipstick. This is interesting given engine holds synthetic oil that was recently changed. Additionally, none of the parts were returned upon pick so no evidence this was the actual problem. Paperwork did however note problem may also be a worn camshaft lobe and would need to tear down and inspect to verify. Given I was not advised of this during the time they had my vehicle it obviously was not performed. This all lends itself to great concern around trust and honesty. Will not be returning nor can I in good conscious recommend this facility.
