We've been going to Yorba Linda Auto since they were across the street, at least six different vehicles (we keep cars a LONG time). I find them easy to work with in terms of scheduling, rides home, offering options, etc. They're pretty clear about what they DO and what they "don't do". (No bodywork, for example.) Ive been going here for years. Competent and honest full service facility. Friendly staff and fast service with reasonable prices. I recommend them highly. Plugged a tire for me for free last time. Travis at the front desk will greet you with a smile and after your work is done you will leave with a smile yourself.read more

These guys are great. I took in my 2000 Lincoln Ls to get my tie rod ends fixed/replaced. They had amazing customer service. They took me home after i dropped off my car there. They picked me up from my house when it was ready. The price of the job was very fair for the work that needed to be done. If there were any concerns about the car or what i wanted done they called me and fully informed me of the situation. Additionally I had number of other issues with the car that I was not even aware of, but they found and detailed for me in a very thorough report, including work to be done, prices for parts/labor, and most anything else I might need. They offered professional advice but did not try to pressure me into any unnecessary purchases or repairs. They treated me like a person instead of just a client, and it was my first time there, but if anything else comes up, I will certainly be returning. read more

I had a critical breakdown last Wed on a busy CA interstate but with the combined excellent help of Mike @ Greer's Towing and everyone at Yorba Linda Auto and Erica at Hertz this KS boy was able to get back on the road home in unbelievable time.
